History bears the testimony to the fact that any kingship, nation or society where scientists, artisans, poets, artists, valiant warriors, singers & intellectuals have been crushed the same have decayed and disintegrated while vice versa led to innovations, discoveries, literatures, increased human & capital productivity .It yielded new branches of knowledge, restored peace and amity, promoted mutual coexistence and gave fillip to healthy survival of mankind. Hence rewards, accolades, patting, scholarship must be given to those having an exceptional “grey matrix” irrespective of his or her class, caste, humble or low origin if it is so. Even rich and poor should not be discriminated and pitted against each other.
