Practicing Anchoring / Reporting

Apart from brain storming academic sessions  students are suppose to enjoy leisure time as well as holidays in such a manner that it has an add on value in terms of giving a fillip to physical, mental, intellectual and spiritual health of the respective students joining various academic programme being run in the institute.

Students during field Visit

As a part of it we conduct monthly test, industry and channel visits, panel discussions, debating and quiz, as well as holiday trips to various tourist places. They are also groomed to participate in various activities / seminars / festivals organized by various institutes and Universities.

Field visits, excursions to Himalayas & other picturesque landscape have added new energy to the students and have helped them develop more creativity among them. They are able to know the country, people & culture in a much better manner. Simply speaking if you ask them to show write ups in 1000 words on it they do it in no time.

Do you know why? Practical learning that too 1st hand is always liked by the students since time immemorial but we don’t pay heed to our age old values any more which are erroneous & a great blunder. We found a welcoming change in their oral presentation skills as well. Then why not this practices is repeated if it is so prized a concept in terms of personality development. Rather motivate them to prepare Project report or media production portfolio based on that visit only.

The photograph below depicts the inner interest level of the students when they were out for a trip to a near by locations .Dance, masti, dhamaal, trekking, canoeing, rafting, cycling. Yoga, playing instruments, watching nature & its pristine beauty, street plays are all for which our NAM institute has turned one of the most liked institution in Delhi.
